  It's been a nightmare trying to get my Grandma's grave & headstone laid to rest as was promised to my family. Inexcusable & deplorable treatment for grieving loved ones. It STILL is not matching my Grandpa's, it now having been a year since her burial. AND to make matters even more unacceptable, there's now damage to her headstone that they took way too long to install. I'm appalled at the lack of respect & care being shown by a business that should have cornered the market for honoring the dead.

  Last year my significant other past away. We selected the Columbia Memorial Gardens for his final resting place, as his mother and brother are there. I hardly have the words to describe what happened. He was a veteran, so his plot was free, but they said he needed to purchase mine...so I did. We chose his coffin, at one point they said he may be too big to go into it, so I'd have to get another one. What luck?! After being in the hospital for two weeks and not eating he FIT!! Saved some money there. Who knew they do NOT accept credit cards of any type??? Not me. So I found around $7,000-no viewing and just a grave site service. No 21 gun salute because of something else... Now after a year, I asked about his headstone--they have it, but it needs to be put on a piece of $2,800 granite. And an additional $367 to adhere the bronze to the granite and put it on the ground. Again, who knew??? They are going to give us a map to find his grave... Again no words.

  This place takes advantage of people. Its almost 1 yr since my neice past away and still no grave stone and its already paid for! Something needs to happen soon!
